What Results Could Do For You&
Case Study #1:
A well-established Mexican restaurant in the Denver markets came to us with a
difficult challenge. Their newest location opened to outstanding reviews,
and fantastic sales. During the next 60 days they encountered a
twenty-five percent decline in sales that could be considered standard in the
industry after the opening trial. CP&I was retained to regain the lost
sales and, if at all possible, grow sales to new levels. CP&I set in
course a strategic marketing plan that not only stopped the declining sales, but
improved sales by thirty-seven percent that have stabilized there for the last
two years since opening. This success can be attributed to a very strong
working relationship between the client and the agency. The goals and
objectives were clearly identified by CP&I:
- Early week sales were severely lacking
- There had been a significant erosion of the existing customers base
A cohesive marketing/advertising plan was put in place in cooperation with
the ownership and the objectives were not only met, but also surpassed.
The Mexican restaurant is now in the process of opening their third
location.
Case Study #2:
When CP&I Marketing begins working with a new account we evaluate all
aspects of the client s business before we begin to create marketing
strategies. The center of our marketing philosophy is operational
excellence. Case in point, CP&I Marketing was retained by an
established furniture store that had a very successful history. However,
due to the economic downturn in the Denver market and increased competition for
independents and large chains, the leadership of this company felt an infusion
of fresh ideas was needed to stimulate sales growth for their company.
Once again, working closely with the client was the key to the success of this
campaign. CP&I is much more than an advertising agency or a marketing
company. It became apparent at this furniture store that business coaching
was required prior to any marketing efforts, and that s exactly what we
did. We set up standard operating procedure, new ordering procedures, and
a new position within the company that would ultimately save the company
thousands of dollars. As these new procedures were put in place the
strategic marketing plan was put together and prepared for launch. In
summary, the infusion of new ideas enabled the top lines sales and profitability
to be achieved. |
